Parsnip & Walnut Fritters
Ingredients:500 Grams Parsnip
1 large egg
1/2 tablespoon flour
45 Grams melted butter
1/2 – 1 tablespoon milk
65 Grams chopped walnuts
Trim and boil 500 grams parsnip until tender. Puree and
mix with 1 large egg, 1/2 tablespoon flour, 45 grams
melted butter and 1/2 – 1 tablespoon milk. Stir in 65 grams
chopped walnuts. Pan or deep fry spoonfuls until golden.
Drain and serve with sour cream seasoned wih a little
spice.
