Caramel Parsnips
*Peel parsnips and cut into serving pieces
*Boil and cook till tender
*In saucepan place 1T butter and 1T brown sugar. Melt until better & sugar is bubbling.
*Place parsnips in saucepan on low heat coat parsnip with caramel mixture until golden. Serve.
