Bacon & Onion Parsnips
A simple and delicious receipe for any day of the week
Ingredients
1 bag count 4 parsnips
grated cheese
onion slices
bacon pieces
breadcrumbs
garlic and herb salt
Peel the parsnips and cut into strips lengthways boil until tender about 10- 15 minutes. Arrange in a serving dish.
Layer the onion, cheese, breadcrumbs and bacon over the parsnips. Grill until golden brown.
